ARTIST BIO: Kristen Emack is a photographer and public school educator who lives and works in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Kristen is a Mass Cultural Council Photography Fellow. She is a CRITICAL MASS Top 50 Winner, a Michael Reichmann Project Grant recipient, a PDN Emerging 30 nominee and was on The Fence for the second time this Spring. Kristen has been interviewed by The Candid Frame, SHADE Podcast, LensScratch and was published in Vogue Italia in February. She recently won 2nd place in Lensculture Portraits, and as winner of the Social Documentary Net ZEKE award, Kristen’s Cousins Series is currently on display at Photoville in Brooklyn.
